This website is operated by Full Petal Prints. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Full Petal Prints. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

Section 1 - Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, original artwork, designs, illustrations, product images, graphics, and text displayed on this website are the sole intellectual property of Full Petal Prints and are protected by international copyright laws.

  • Purchasing a physical product or print does not transfer any reproduction rights, commercial resale rights, or copyrights to the buyer.

  • You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or use any materials from this site for commercial purposes without explicit, written permission from us.

Section 2 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us at our sole discretion. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 3 - Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Carrier Liability: Once a package leaves our studio, custody transfers to the shipping carrier. Full Petal Prints is not responsible or liable for carrier delays, or packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Section 4 - Refund & Return Policy (All Sales Final)

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect purchases.

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective due to transit, you must contact us and return the damaged item within 5 business days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or a full refund. Clear photographic evidence of the damage may be required to process your claim.

Section 5 - Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Full Petal Prints, our owners, or collaborators be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service.

Section 6 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.

Section 7 - Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
