Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Full Petal Prints! Please review our shipping guidelines below:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are shipped. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Carrier Liability & Delivery: Once a package leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Full Petal Prints is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your prints arrive damaged due to transit, please reference our Refund Policy. You must contact us and return the damaged item within 5 business days of delivery to receive a replacement or a full refund.
